The management of Pelikan International Corporation Berhad (“Pelikan International”) practices good relationships with its investors and shareholders as we believe much of Pelikan’s success is attributed to the continuous support and interests from this community. Since its debut listing on 8 April 2005, the management has been actively meeting investors, financial analysts, fund managers and business journalists from major local and international institutions to promote the Company’s portfolio.

Pelikan International strives to inform the investing public about the latest corporate happenings and achievements through media interviews and announcements in the press and on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad website. Ad-hoc and upon-request meetings are also held to explain in detail Pelikan’s business strategies and operations.

The Company conducts regular presentations to disclose corporate performance and developments at Pelikan International’s headquarters in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Malaysia, as well as organizing showroom and factory visits. Along with large institutions and banks, the management of Pelikan International has participated in several roadshows to meet with fund managers and business analysts in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, London and New York in the past year. As a result, the management team has succeeded in building closer relations with its investing partners, and we continue to explore investing opportunities together.
