Mobility: Historical racing car

These car models can be built together in only few steps; all you need is some glue dots and adhesive tape: a helicopter, a double-decker airplane, a historical racing car, a paddleboat and a steam engine.

In our series "Mobility", we would like to present you easy but sensational and easy to build construction kits made of colored paper. Simply print them out, color them with markers or colored pencils, then cut them out and glue them together in only a few minutes. The special feature here: We extensively avoided using gluing strips!
You need:
White colored paper to print out, Pelikan colored pencils, 2 toothpicks, 1 drinking straw, a pair of scissors (nail clipping scissors for small outlines), a Pelifix glue stick and Pelifix adhesive tape.
Final Issue:

Historical racing car

Then fold the basic structure of the racing car, first the red lines (engine hood) and then the blue lines (stabilizes the seat).
Caution:
Only fold the seat-stabilizer along the four blue lines to the inside after folding together the engine hood.
The finishing
After the folding, tape the racing car together at the rear of the car. Then cut the straw to the width of the car. Use each of the toothpicks as a front and rear axle. Push them through the marks on one side of the body of the car, then stick the toothpick through the piece of straw and lead the toothpick through the other side of the body. After this step, stick the four wheels onto each end of the toothpicks and fix them with glue. Then tape the rear of the car together with adhesive tape.

The scheme shows the necessary folding edges. The image also shows how the straw is glued as an axle between the racing car.
